Through spring and summer months we run free group hikes around the country for all Gymbirds

We have group pram twice a week around Liverpool to help all you Gymbird mommas get your steps in

Two running clubs a week are ideal from absolute beginner to marathon runner

We offer tailored meals plans and a bespoke service that can support you month-by-month, working around your social schedule & keeping you on track.

Our nutritionist Jess does weekly educational videos alongside Challenge boss Hat - who covers โ€˜How to Dietโ€™

We also have over 200 recipes on our website to make it more enjoyable for you to stay within your weekly calorie goal.

Based in South Liverpool, we are open 6 days a week on hand with 1-1 support for all our Gymbirds. For those that our further afield, we still offer the same support online or by phone.

You can also pop in to HQ to use our advanced body scanner that focuses on your composition rather than a number on the scale.

Our staff are trained to advise and support you with everything from your sleep quality, hunger levels and mood to skincare and supplementation.

Belly x Gymbird

The Belly team provides specialist Pre & Post Natal support specialising in fitness and wellbeing.

We work with specialists and experts to provide a rounded platform for mums to be and beyond. Our team provide and offer; fitness, mental health support, physiotherapy, women's health checks, infant feeding support, hypnobirthing and more.
